The new Canon Copier Printer will not be able to receive picture files like JPEG / JPG due to compatibility reason. 

You will have to open the picture file with different program like Paint first then click Print to send the job over to Canon Copier. 

1) To do so, please more your cursor over to the picture file you would like to print. 

2) Then right click while the cursor is over the picture file.

3) A small window of menu will appear, look for "Open with" and select "Paint".  

     If you don't see Paint as an option, please go to Choose another app to search for Paint.
