"New" students need up to 48 hours from the time they are in active status in PowerSchool for 3rd party application/s to have them included in their rosters:

• 1st 24 hours   ->   sync from PowerSchool     -to-     Clever
• 2nd 24 hours   ->   sync from Clever     -to-     3rd party application provider

*Please note that deviations on this typical schedule illustration can occur based on the time/s update/s are actually made:

• actual time student is added to PowerSchool relative to scheduled sync time between PowerSchool -to- Clever
• sync schedule of particular 3rd party application provider (each 3rd party application provider is different)
