AUSD Staff Account Provisioning, Management and Maintenance

AUSD staff accounts are automatically provisioned, managed and maintained by the aRMS system.

 

 

Every personnel work information is initiated by a PTR (Personnel Transaction Report) via the aRMS-aPTR system.  Board approved PTRs get processed to a staging area (aRMS-HR List) on the effective date specified.  The HR List is verified and confirmed which then syncs the information to Active Directory (AD).  Once in AD, syncs run on regular schedules to update Google to make everything "live".

 

 

 

 

This process applies to new accounts as well as to update/s to existing accounts.
