The AUSD Email Archive Viewer is an internal web tool that allows staff to view Google Vault email exports without downloading desktop email clients. Simply upload your MBOX or PST file (up to 2GB), browse and search emails by sender, recipient, subject, or date, view full email content and attachments, and delete your session when finished. Sessions automatically expire after 60
minutes of inactivity for FERPA compliance, and all uploaded files are permanently removed from the server upon session deletion. The tool is only accessible from the AUSD internal network and is designed for authorized Technology staff to support legal investigations, HR inquiries, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining strict data privacy and compliance standards.
