Boardroom AV Quick Start – Summary

  • Power On & Test: Turn on the system via the touch panel, confirm all TVs display the AUSD logo, and hard reset the center screen if needed.

  • Check Mics: Test all microphones and adjust volume on the touch panel.

  • Prepare Workstation: Power on the AV monitor, log in to the Zoom workstation, and open the webinar link provided by John.

  • Run Webinar: Confirm video, audio, and screen share are working before the meeting begins.

  • Use Resources: Remotes, adapters, keys, and detailed instructions are in the AV drawer and documentation folder.
