Staff/Faculty Call List for import in BlackBoard Connect must have the following columns:

INSTITUTION

REFERENCECODE
CONTACTTYPE

Tips:

1. You can export a list of all staff contacts from the recipients list on BlackBoard so you have the correct CONTACTTYPE
2. REFERENCECODES for staff recipients may contain leading zero's (Opening in Excel removes these)
3. The INSTITUTION code for District is 001
