Per Cabinet approval (July of 2021) site administrators may have access to the camera system at their respective sites.

- Student Services Directors
- Assistant Superintendents
- Superintendent
- Technology Support Technicians ( For troubleshooting purposes )
- Technology Director ( For troubleshooting purposes )
- Security Guards
