What is Frontline / AESOP?

Frontline Education’s Absence Management system (formerly known as AESOP) is used to manage staff absences and substitute assignments. This system is operated by Frontline Education and not supported by the Technology & Information Services (TIS) department.

TIS does not manage or support Frontline / AESOP accounts, passwords, or settings. For any assistance, please contact Frontline Support directly using the methods below:

Follow the automated voice prompts to get assistance.

💬 In-App Support:

  1. Log into your Frontline account

  2. Click the ? (question mark) icon in the top purple bar

  3. Select “Frontline Support”

  4. From the Learning Center, you can:

    • Chat with a support representative

    • Create a new support ticket

    • View and track your existing tickets
