Alhambra Unified School District (AUSD) uses a secure login system for all district-approved applications. Staff members log in with their district-provided credentials, consisting of their username (Lastname_Firstname) and current password.

To protect sensitive information, AUSD follows the IAAA security model (Identification, Authentication, Authorization, and Accountability). This model ensures that only authorized users can access district systems and data.

For added security, staff members who are inactive for a specified period will be required to log in again to maintain the security of district resources.
