Service requests can be sent to [email protected], and this will auto-generate a ticket in the Avidex support system.

When to Submit a Request

  • Maintenance needs for the district’s boardroom system

  • Firmware updates

  • Any issues affecting system performance

What to Include

  • Description of the problem or request

  • Date, time, and any error messages (if applicable)

  • Your contact information for follow-up
