Overview
The District is transitioning from DocuSign to Droplet, a new electronic document management and signing platform. Droplet will now be used for official district documents that require digital signatures, routing, or approvals.

What This Means for Staff

  • You may begin receiving notifications from Droplet when action is required on a document.

  • Droplet fully replaces DocuSign for district-related approvals and signatures.

  • The platform is designed to streamline workflows and ensure greater consistency across departments.

Support & Questions
If you receive a Droplet notification and are unsure how to proceed, or if you have any questions about the platform, please contact droplet support ( [email protected].)

A note from Business Services:

Hello Everyone,

You're getting this email because I was asked to sign you up for Droplet eSign. Droplet eSign will be replacing Docusign and is a very similar functioning platform for collecting signatures on documents. Below is a link to a quick tutorial on how to create and send a document using eSign. It is pretty straightforward.

Droplet is integrated with your district credentials and is single-sign-on, so your district email address and district password are also your credentials for Droplet. It all validates through Google.

A quick note. At this time, the database for templates is shared, as you will see when you log in. I have asked the vendor to make the templates user-specific, but until that happens, know that the templates will be in a shared space. Templates shouldn't have any in them anyways but keep that in mind. Your submissions will only be viewable by you.

Also of note, if you were a Docusign user, you will have until Monday to backup anything in there that you want to keep.  Our contract with Docusign expires on 9/23 and then we will be on Droplet moving forward. Collect your things before that time.

Here is a link to the tutorial. Let me know if you have any questions.
