TKR LLC Construction Management – Access and Communication Guidelines

Overview
TKR LLC is a Construction Management company contracted by Alhambra Unified School District (AUSD) to oversee AE/HS bond projects. To perform their duties, TKR staff utilize district-issued computers to access the internet and printer resources securely.

Account & Equipment Access
For security purposes, all TKR LLC employees will only have an Active Directory (AD) login account to access district computers and systems. This ensures proper authentication, security compliance, and activity tracking while they are working within the district network.

Communication Requirements
All official communications by TKR LLC staff must be conducted through their own business communication platform — for example, TKR’s Google Workspace apps or an equivalent secure platform. This separation of communication helps maintain compliance, confidentiality, and clear delineation between district and contractor responsibilities.

District Point of Contact
These employees report to Keith Matsuo, Director of Construction at AUSD, who serves as the primary district contact for all matters related to TKR’s work.
