When planning an event that requires WiFi / Internet access and includes non-AUSD participants (such as outside organizations, guests, or community members), please remember that network setup must be requested through the event permit system.

To ensure proper setup, TIS ([email protected]) must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Please include the following details in your permit:

  • Event location – site name, room(s), or buildings needing access

  • Estimated number of users or devices

  • Primary contact for coordination

Please note: Events requiring WiFi support will involve a Network Analyst assigned to monitor the network during the event, which will incur an associated cost.

Providing complete information allows the Technology & Information Services (TIS) team to prepare guest access and ensure secure connectivity during your event.
Requests submitted without sufficient notice or details may not be fulfilled.
