Overview

The BEST (Business Enterprise System for Technology) Advantage System is a web-based application provided by the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE). This system is used for various business and administrative functions including financial management, human resources, and payroll processing.

• Login or authentication issues

• Password resets or account lockouts

• New user account setup

• Permission or access level changes

• System errors or technical difficulties

• General questions about using the BEST Advantage System

Important Notes

Please note that BEST authentication support is provided directly by LACOE, not by the AUSD Technology Information Services department. The AUSD TIS team cannot reset BEST passwords or troubleshoot BEST-specific issues.

When contacting the BEST Help Desk, please have your employee ID and any relevant error messages ready to expedite support.
