Tech checklist

1. Confirm the contact's email in PowerSchool and or Blackboard. Check spelling and that it is on the correct contact.
2. Confirm the message was sent and the system shows it delivered.
3. If the email is wrong or missing, send the parent to the school front office.
4. If the email is correct and the system is working, send the response below.

Response to parent

We checked your account. Your email address is correct in our system, and our messaging system is sending normally. The message is most likely being blocked by your email's spam filter. Please try these steps:

1. Check your Spam or Junk folder.
2. If you find a district message there, mark it "Not spam."
3. Add the sender's address to your contacts or safe senders list.

If you still do not receive messages please try using another email address.
