Type “Control Panel” in Search Bar, then select Open

Select Programs and Features

In the new window that appears, please scroll and look for

“LightSpeed Systems User Agent (x64)” Version 2.01.14
If you see this please select it, and then click Uninstall

After it’s uninstalled, please restart your computer and try the blocked site again.
