Students who need internet access at home may request a district-issued mobile hotspot. This service ensures equitable access to digital learning resources.
Eligibility

Available for students enrolled in the district who lack reliable home internet.

Requests must be submitted by a parent/guardian or school staff member on behalf of the student.
Request Process

In your request, include the following:

Student’s Full Name

Student’s ID Number

Assignment & Processing

The hotspot will be assigned to the student in PowerSchool (PS) and shipped to the student’s school site.

This process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

Inventory is limited and requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Device Distribution

The school site will notify the family/student once the hotspot is ready for pickup.

Responsibilities

The hotspot is district property and must be returned upon request, withdrawal, or end of use.

Families are responsible for ensuring the hotspot is used only for educational purposes.

Damage, loss, or misuse may result in replacement costs or disciplinary action.
