We're excited to announce the AUSD High School PC Eligibility Report. This new report provides information identifying students who are eligible for a PC laptop.

To access the report follow these steps:

Login to Powerschool
-
On the start page, navigate down to the device section and select, Student Assets Report.

On the asset inventory page, click the drop down menu and select PC Eligible.

The asset inventory page will now display the students who are eligible for a PC Laptop.

Contact the students on the list and setup a time to issue them a PC Laptop.

Important Notes:

This report will include students who may currently have a Chromebook. The Chromebook will need to be exchanged for the PC laptop.

Make sure to collect the power cord

unassign the device from the student

Chromebooks are to be sent back to TIS ( District Office )
