The following instructions will help in requesting and downloading zipped folders of score results for either Summative ELPAC or SBAC. You will need administrative access to TOMS. 

1. Log in to TOMS (Test Operations Management System)
2. Click on the role for which test you are downloading; CAASPP(SBAC) or ELPAC
3. Click Logon
4. Click the Reports tab
5. Select CAASPP Student Score Data File for SBAC or Summative ELPAC and Summative Alternate ELPAC Student Score Data File 
6. Select the Administration Year
7. Select the Report Type (both By Enrolled LEA and Tested LEA will work)
8. Click the Request New Report button
9. The file will be ready for Download in the Requested Reports tab
10. You may then download to your computer.
