The following will help guide you through uploading GPAs to the California Student Aid Commision (CSAC).

Download file:

1. Log into Powerschool
2. Make sure you are working within a high school. Must show on the upper-right.
3. Click Data and Reporting on the left
4. Go to Reports > AUSD Reports
5. Under Grading click on either
   • Current 12th Grade CSAC GPA
   • Last Year 12th Grade CSAC GPA
6. The file will automatically download

Upload to CSAC:

1. Go to https://www.csac.ca.gov/
2. Under Login, click WebGrants for Institutions
3. Hover over Non-SSN GPA, click on Upload Non-SSN GPA 
4. Browse and select the GPA file you created and select the Academic Year you are uploading
5. Review any Invalid Records, these will need to be revised and the file re-uploaded 
6. WHen there are no longer any Errors click Begin Upload
7. You should receive a summary of what was uploaded
