Anything stored in either the “Desktop” folder "Pictures" folder & “Document” folder will automatically get backup to our district central server. That mean doesn’t matter which computer you are logged onto; your files will be available on that computer. It’s also a good safety measure for whenever anything catastrophic happen to your computer device, you won’t lose your files.

But please keep a good practice to periodically go through your files, delete anything that are no longer needed or important to you.
