Once you have made a selection of students in Powerschool, do the following:

 

  1. On the bottom right, click the Group Functions drop-down and select List Students            
  2. Provide a Report Title
  3. You may select a template, click the Basic or Contact button, or Clear All to start over         
  4. You may also add fields under the Field Name column if you know the field name of a value you are wanting to display
  5. Under Column Title you may provide a title relevant to the field name
  6. You may sort the list by adding a Sort Field Name and Sort Direction
  7. Click the Submit button on the lower right

 

A table will display with the information, this page can be printed or the table can be highlighted and pasted into Excel
